Somewhere Over The Rainbow Lemmy Reflects

My new artwork "Over The Rainbow" featuring Lemmy with the RAINBOW BAR AND GRILL reflected in his shades.

On my first visit to Los Angeles, California ,I fell in love with the The Sunset Strip and it's people , inspired by the musicians, cool rocker looks, unique characters and vibe of the Strip. I started my RockStar Reflections art show, featuring rock stars that made it big on the Strip and some of the local musicians making their way on the Strip today, playing iconic venues such as The Viper Room ,the Whisky A Go-Go and The Roxy Theatre. My yearly show also celebrates the talented photographers and featured my paintings of the unique characters of the Sunset Strip.

Over six years ago, in honor of these musicians, I created a series called "Reflect Your Passion" Portraits that reflect people's passions in their shades. This one also reflects The Rainbow Bar a Grill and Lemmy with talented band members Mikkey Dee and Phil Campbell celebrating Official Motörhead .

I dedicate this art in honor of Lemmy Kilmister Motörhead RAINBOW BAR AND GRILL The Sunset Strip and to all of my friends on the Strip and people who knew and loved Lemmy! I hope I have done you proud !
